These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of website services provided by Ryan Collins LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Offered

We offer two primary service options:

  • Website Subscription ($99/month): A monthly subscription service that includes website design, development, hosting through Landingsite.ai platform, ongoing maintenance, unlimited edits, and support.
  • One-Time Website Purchase ($2,500): A one-time purchase that includes website design, development, and transfer of ownership after completion, with 30 days of post-launch support.

Payment Terms & Billing

Subscription Services:

  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Payment is processed automatically via Stripe on the same day each month
  • All fees are in USD and non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

One-Time Purchase:

  • Full payment of $2,500 is required upfront before work begins
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • No refunds after work has commenced

Cancellation Policy (Important)

For Subscription Services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline within 7 business days
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • All website files, content, and data remain our property unless transferred under a separate agreement
  • We reserve the right to retain backups for legal and operational purposes

For One-Time Purchase:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing before work begins
  • Full refund available only if no work has been performed
  • Once development starts, no refunds will be issued

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your website
  • Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Maintain valid payment information for subscription services
  • Not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Subscription Services:

  • Ryan Collins LLC retains full ownership of all website code, design, and files
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the website while subscription is active
  • You retain ownership of your business content, logos, and provided materials
  • Upon cancellation, all license rights terminate immediately

One-Time Purchase:

  • Full ownership of website code and files transfers to you upon final payment
  • You receive all source files and have the right to modify, host, and use the website as you see fit
  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio

Service Delivery & Timeline

  • Website delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
  • Delays caused by client (content delays, unresponsiveness) do not extend our obligations
  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines
  • Major revisions or scope changes may extend delivery timelines

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months (for subscriptions) or the total purchase price (for one-time purchases)
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or hosting issues beyond our control
  • We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, or business results
  • We are not liable for data loss, though we maintain reasonable backups

Support & Maintenance

Subscription Services:

  • Includes unlimited edits and updates during active subscription
  • Ongoing technical support via email and phone
  • Response time: typically within 1-2 business days
  • Major redesigns or scope changes may incur additional fees

One-Time Purchase:

  • Includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments
  • After 30 days, support is available at hourly rates
  • You are responsible for your own hosting and maintenance

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California
  • You agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
